Pros: Free CSS Toolbox is a tool package for CSS developers. It can check syntax and validate the code developed against the W3C CSS validator. It comes free so that is the topmost feature. It has additional tools included in the application that makes it a handy toolbox for CSS development. Such tools include an advanced syntax checker and a validator. For website developers that use CSS, the Free CSS Toolbox can help save considerable time and increase productivity at no cost for this tool.
The interface is arranged for productivity. Settings are arranged under tabbed areas on the right of the interface. Detailed settings can be made. For example under rule you can define if the rules can be over multiple lines, or a single line and how many characters can be there on a single line.
